Here are some examples of digital images created around 2002 just after I bought my first computer - These are not the first raytraced images I ever did, I used to use povray and moray modeler. These images are some of my first explorations with vue d'esprit 3.1 . They look very dated now for sure but as a platform for visualization, computers and software like this is where artwork should be at.   "Fine art" is struggling to impress the public where film and photography can capture and inspire the masses - there are some giants of the artworld that can capture the beauty and simplicity of art,  Jeff Koons and his wonderful metallic balloon pieces. Ron Mueck is also one of these modern artists that demand attentions and respect  from all but for the most part your average art graduate these days , struggles with the concept, communication and visual unity leaving the average viewer somewhat underwhelmed and thinking WTF is this - its not art.

This is an Art blog as much as a photography gallery. The above piece was created for a book named Liquid Dreams by an America author that I have had the pleasure of working with in the past. This project is on hold at the moment as far as I know. The other project is Un Dia Sin Ti a Spanish poetry book you can check out the artwork on a flash enabled device on http://perrylane.org   The next piece is named Mystery of the pyramids and was painted in oils around 2005 for a good friend as a house warming present.   The last is a painting I did for a girlfriend now an ex - girlfriend, actually it was starting to look good only needing a glaze or two more of white for highlights - originally the image came from one of my photographs - pity I never put the finishing touches to it but a painting is never finished just abandoned.  My paining and drawing is mainly on request and usually I make them as presents not for money.  My idea for the masters project would have been to use the internet and social media to research a children's program for dvd/bluray delivery, through direct interaction with child care workers, child psychologists and pedagogy professionals - while also gathering information through interactive multimedia games where children can be allowed make choices directly from ideas that were collect from my surveys on social networking sites with the professionals mentioned above.     Now my question is why would I have to write or even learn the code to firstly implement the database surveys and then create a multimedia experiment where children can interact with different characters and sounds and take live statistics and interpret them as a visual map or direction in which to create my TV/DVD /internet youtube etc.. program ( a system which would have many uses in all areas of business and marketing online for example GUI navigation and statics to improve usability or product devel
